In line with the 2024 theme of “Co-creating value with customers”, Japfa Vietnam is implementing a series of practical activities to support customers in developing more sustainable and effective business, recovering quickly and developing sustainably in the face of all challenges.
The highlight of these activities is a series of business capacity development training programs for distributors and agents of animal feed in the three regions of the North, Central and South in September, October and November 2024. The program focuses on practical topics such as developing financial capacity, marketing skills in the digital age, and sales based on understanding customer psychology. Mr. Vo Van Vu, a Japfa distributor in Tien Giang, shared: “Japfa's training program is a valuable opportunity that we have never had before. I have learned how to calculate costs, create product promotion videos, and gain a deeper understanding of customer psychology, thereby improving business methods and finding a sustainable direction.”
Many customers, especially dealer owners, have effectively applied the knowledge from the course
The course will continue to take place on weekends in the Northern and Central provinces from the end of September to the end of November. Dealers and distributors can register to participate via the provided link. At the same time, Japfa also organizes a series of courses on "Developing livestock capacity" for industrial and semi-industrial pig and chicken farms. The courses will take place nationwide in the fourth quarter of 2024, providing knowledge from basic to advanced on farm management, operation, biosecurity, disease diagnosis and treatment, as well as the use of veterinary drugs and vaccines.
