Japfa Comfeed Viet Nam, HR dept is looking for 01: Learning and Development Manager

1.JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Develop and implement a learning strategy and program that are aligned with the organization’s objectives

- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs

-Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)

- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other training

- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities

- Help managers develop their team members through career pathing

- Track budgets and negotiate contracts

- Stay abreast of the latest developments in learning trends, changes in learning theory, and developments in learning technologies

- Hire and oversee training and L&D

2. QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge:

- Human resource management: familiarity with HR practices, performance management, and talent development strategies.

- Organizational development: awareness of organizational culture, change management, and leadership development techniques.

Skills:

- Needs assessment: Identifying skill gaps, training needs, and learning objectives.

- Program development: Designing and developing engaging and effective training programs.

- Instructional delivery: Delivering training through various methods, including facilitated sessions, eLearning, and coaching.

- Evaluation and measurement: Assessing the effectiveness of training programs and measuring their impact on employee performance.

- Budgeting and resource management: Planning and managing training budgets and resources effectively.

- Communication and collaboration: Communicating effectively with diverse audiences and collaborating with stakeholders.

- Relationship building: Building strong relationships with managers, employees, and vendors.

Experience:

- Bachelor or higher degree, major in HR Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related areas.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training and development management, ideally in a similar industry or role.

- Experience designing and delivering training programs.

- Experience managing training budgets.

- Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing
